From vibrant basil and peppery rocket to luscious cherry tomatoes and flavorful eggplants, alongside a variety of greens and aromatic herbs, our garden yields fresh seasonal vegetables that beautifully complement our menu offerings. Additionally, the farm-fresh eggs from our hens add a delightful touch of authenticity to our dishes.
CLOSING THE LOOP – SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION
Sustainability lies at the core of our operations. After utilizing our home-grown, bio products in our dishes, any remaining organic scraps are carefully recycled back into the garden, enriching the soil and completing the eco-friendly cycle of Omoo.
Educational visits at Omoo garden
Children are guided through Omoo’s vegetable garden and learn about the life cycle and root system of the plants. They get to see the chicken coop and the organic compost and conclude their visit by planting their own seeds, which they take back home with them
